We purchased an amazing lot in Paradise Valley with a home that needed a complete ground up update. Our designs were very modern and as such required a much higher level of quality to keep the clean transitions as they should be. Moss Custom Homes put us at peace as we navigated the pre-construction design phase of the project. The level of knowledge and attention to detail gave us an early indication that this was our builder and we were not disappointed. We handed the keys off to John and left the country! Over the duration of the project we returned on occasion to check in on the progress each time to be pleasantly surprised by the progress and level of workmanship. He was on site almost daily making sure things were going according to plan and made sure our house was cleaned up at the end of the day. I didn't stress about things because I knew John was doing it for me! The one thing that impressed us the most is that he listened to us. He paid attention to every detail and communicated with us throughout to make sure we were getting the kitchen we wanted. He even came out on a Saturday, when I decided I didn't like the color of the tile I chose, to be sure it was taken out without damaging the cabinets. He did some of that work himself to be sure it was right...completely impressed us. Everyone says kitchen remodels are stressful--this was anything but.
