Can you work with our architect and interior designer?
Absolutely. We regularly collaborate with homeowners’ existing architects and interior designers, and we can also help assemble the right team if you are starting from scratch. Our role is to execute the vision, whoever developed it.
What makes Moss Custom Homes different from a production builder?

Do you handle permitting?
Yes. We manage all permit applications and municipal approvals as part of our full-service project management, working with city and county offices across our service area to keep projects moving on schedule.
How involved will I be during construction?
As involved as you want to be. We include you at every major decision point (material selections, design changes, budget updates) without overwhelming you with day-to-day details. John is personally reachable throughout the project and believes transparent communication is the foundation of every successful build.
